Good Ole Jumping Jacks
I was having a bit of a lazy day and wasn't going to go to the gym. It was a bit chilly outside and I hate running in the cold. So what to do? Jumping jacks! It must have been years since the last time I did any. Anyways.... the sad thing is that my calf muscles have been sore for 2 days. Granted, I did the jumping jacks 2 days after a leg workout, so I had that 2-day later soreness, but still.... they kicked my butt.
