Canon S100 Doesn't Like Cold Weather

I was out at Cars & Coffee and it was a cold morning.  The camera was working for a while and then it got a lens error.  I assume the camera couldn't determine the position of the lens and it would do an auto shutdown.  Well, after sitting inside the house for a while and warming back up, it works just fine.  It just doesn't seem to like cold weather, but heck, I don't care much for it either.
