This is the shirt I generally wear when I go for motorcycle rides. It absorbs the sweat and keeps the leather jacket from sticking to my arms. Anyways, the fabric has lost a layer of material where it's been rubbed on by my gloves and jacket. Well, it lasted four years.
There's a good variety of cab drivers here in LA. I often take a cab home from the airport if I get in late. This last guy was Armenian. The guy before was Chinese. I had an eastern European guy before that. I haven’t had a female driver yet though…
It didn't really dawn on me until I saw the huge highway signs saying to 'look twice' for motorcycles. When the weather gets nice, more people use motorcycles to commute. I've certainly been using it a lot more. A side benefit to overall traffic is that you can fit two motorcycles in the space of one car, so overall congestion is reduced.
Your typical multi-lingual (sorta), speed freak, adrenaline junky, sports playing, plane hopping, motorcycle riding, wannabe pool player, enginerd with a masters (and a business minor), that likes to eat and keep things clean.
